Top Films for Christmas


Christmas is a wonderful time of the year, where we celebrate the birth of our saviour Jesus and there are some fantastic Christmas films out. It is a great opportunity to get together with family and if you are like us, we love to grab a hot chocolate with marshmallows and sit down to watch a great Christmas film.

We have put together our list of some of the top Christmas films to see this year.

When Matthew Peyton inherits the family business, the responsibility of the Christmas pageant also falls on his shoulders. But as financial hardships fall on the town, Matthew is forced to make a decision between selling the family business and cancelling the beloved pageant or sticking out hardships despite his declining popularity.

Matthew meets Clarence, a boy who believes in miracles, and his mother Sharon. His newfound friends impact Matthew’s life in a way he never thought possible and teach him to believe and give faith a chance.

Believe is a wonderful, heart warming and inspirational film, one of the most exciting and best Christmas films to date that will have you laughing and on the edge of your seat with a message of faith and social change, it may prompt you to look at Christmas a little differently this year. Wish For Christmas follows Anna, a high school senior and undeniable queen of campus, who has a knack for getting things her way. She even orchestrated her crush, Colton, into asking her to the town’s biggest event, the winter dance. But when the dance is moved to Christmas Eve, Anna’s Christian parents inform her that she can no longer attend as she has to attend the church Christmas Eve service. Anna makes a desperate wish that her parents would lose their faith and her wish is granted. Anna enjoys her newfound freedom until her faithless parents bring disastrous consequences to her family and community. Anna embarks on a mission to bring her parents back to their faith.

Wish For Christmas is enjoyable and inspiring with the storyline twist adding to this engaging Christmas film. This is a wonderful Christmas movie for the whole family that will have you laughing while encouraging us to share and focus on the true meaning of Christmas instead of ourselves. Along with three wisecracking camels and some eccentric stable animals, Bo and his new friends follow the Star and become unlikely heroes in the greatest story ever told – the first Christmas.
