Moms’ Night Out is a genuinely funny and heart-warming comedy that will have you in fits of laughter whilst appreciating your family.
Moms’ Night Out follows Allyson (Sarah Drew) a stressed super clean freak, germaphobe mum with three energetic young children, trying to do everything on her own but feels like she is failing. She embarks on a rare night out with her equally stressed friends while their husbands look after the kids, what could possibly go wrong?
To start with for the girls things don’t quite work out, and things go from bad to worse with restaurant problems, then their car gets ‘stolen’, a visit to a tattoo parlour trying to find a lost baby and even ending up in a police cell. For their husbands (one of whom is scared of looking after the kids) well things just get a little crazy, trying to keep all the kids entertained they decide to take them to a soft play but this ends up with an escaped bird, and a stolen car and car chase. These situations provide plenty of laughter, especially the bird scenes.
Perhaps a lot of mums will be able relate to these situations and the stresses of being a mum, and its for us to see that mums are heroes. This family friendly fun comedy seeks to provide laughter but also comfort with a heart warming message, that is celebration of parenting and family.
Moms’ Night Out is a family fun filled film, a crazy ride of comedy, not too preachy but has a heart. Its great to see a well produced and funny Christian comedy. The film delivers throughout with its quality production and fantastic storyline. It has plenty of laugh out loud moments and situations that perhaps you can relate to, to just crazy crazy unexpected hilarious moments.
Moms’ Night Out is a must see comedy.
