Pure Flix Digital, the online film streaming service subsidiary from Pure Flix has announced Greg Gudorf as its CEO.

Greg Gudorf is a technology and marketing executive with a record of success at Technicolor, Digeo and Sony Electronics and before joining Pure Flix Digital served as COO of MGO.com, a premium digital streaming service joint venture between Technicolor and DreamWorks Animation.

“Greg’s technical experience in the video streaming space, along with his ability to successfully take new platforms and services to market, makes him a welcome and valuable addition to the Pure Flix family,” Pure Flix Founding Partner Michael Scott said. “We have ambitious plans to provide our faith-driven content to families anytime, anywhere and I’m confident Greg and his team will deliver.”

Also joining Pure Flix Digital as vice president of operations and support is former Sony Electronics executive, Brian Pancarik, who will help drive the strategy and deployment of the company’s SVOD platform.

The Pure Flix Digital streaming service launched earlier this summer and offers more than 2,500 full-length feature films, independent and educational films, kid’s animated films, television series, documentaries and more for the entire family at home or on the go. Pure Flix Digital is currently available on Roku and via iOS and Google apps, for use on smart phones, tablets, laptops/PCs, or televisions.
