RISEN is an epic re-telling of Jesus’ resurrection as seen through the eyes of an unbeliever. It follows Clavius, a high-ranking Roman military tribune and his aide Lucius, who are instructed by Pontius Pilate to ensure that Jesus’ radical followers don’t steal His body and claim resurrection. When the body goes missing within days, Clavius’ mission is to find the body, dispel rumors of a risen Messiah and prevent an uprising in Jerusalem.
The resources from Damaris Media include special videos which include a look at the resurrection of Jesus, a leaders guide, pictures and a special resource for Churches looking at the spiritual themes of the film.
The special resource for Churches from Damaris is an ideal way to help use the film as an outreach tool, a small group evening discussion, or a special Easter discussion.
The RISEN resources from Damaris are free of charge and are available from: risen.damarismedia.com
RISEN is released in UK cinemas on March 18th.
