The film follows a number of different characters from all walks of life and all moving in different directions, all looking and longing for something more. When a local pastor is shaken to the core by the visible faith of an old street-corner preacher, he is reminded that true belief always requires action. His response ignites a faith-fueled journey that powerfully impacts everyone it touches in ways that only God could orchestrate. The journeys of each character unexpectedly intersect and they all individually discover there is power in the Cross of Christ, even if they don’t believe it yet.
This film is very well written, produced and directed as each character in the film intersects with another, each story wonderfully woven together and really brings across the message of the Cross of Christ without being overly preachy.
The compelling and touching story follows a homeless mother and daughter, an ex solider with PTSD, a pastor, an old couple who have lost their daughter, some armed criminals, a first responder being sued for sharing his faith with a dying man… all brought to life with a strong cast, who enable you to really feel what they are going through.
Do You Believe? is a gripping film, full of action and edge of your seat drama, with twists and turns it takes you on a journey through the lives of a dozen people, all experiencing different things but all ultimately experiencing the power of the Cross of Christ.
This is a thrilling and entertaining film but it is much more than a movie, it is powerful, it builds faith and prompts questions and one of those questions is one we must all answer in our lifetimes: Do You Believe?
Do You Believe? is a must see film.
